Chase Elliott’s heartfelt message of support to Brexton Busch has become one of the most heartwarming messages to arrive out of the garage following the tragic passing of Kyle Busch.

Elliott, who himself found ground under the tutelage of his father, Bill Elliott, was asked about Brexton’s future and whether the young driver can now expect to receive support from across the garage.

Elliott instantly made his stance clear. “I will throw my name out there now and for as long as needed if I were ever to be needed for help,” he said emotionally.

“I hope Brexton knows that I’m a phone call away or, you know, whatever to try and lend a helping hand.”

Elliott then went on to add how he would try to be there for the young boy. “I can’t promise that I would have as much knowledge to offer him as his dad,” Elliott admitted.

“But I certainly would be more than willing to offer anything that I do have to give him to help because I’ve lived a lot of what he’s gonna likely see in the coming years of his career.”

As the son of Bill Elliott, Chase also knows the burden of carrying that stardom on your shoulders from a young age.

All this talk about Kyle Busch forced Elliott to comment on the late legend. “He was just a guy that we always raced each other with a lot of respect,” Elliott said. “If we had an issue, we talked about it. It was just a lot of mutual respect.”

Chase Elliott ended with a tribute. “He was always very open and honest,” Elliott admitted. “He was just a great mentor in his own way, and he definitely had a lasting impact on my career.”

Brexton Busch has already started making his name in grassroots racing despite being just 11 years old. He started racing at the age of five and is already collecting accolades across dirt, micro sprint, and Bandolero competition.

According to his official racing profile, Brexton won 48 races during the 2024 season alone while also collecting 126 top-10 finishes and 107 top-5s across multiple racing categories.

This young prodigy’s major achievements include the 2025 Tulsa Shootout Jr. Sprint Championship and the 2025 INEX Bandolero Bandits National Championship. The young champ has also won 30 races in both 2022 and 2023 while drawing competition across 10 states.

If we zoom into 2025, we would clearly remember that he even raced against his father, Kyle Busch, for the first time at Millbridge Speedway, where he finished an impressive sixth in the event.

The talents of Kyle Busch seem to have been passed down to the young racer. His excellence is now almost guaranteed with a combination of his skill and garage-wide support, paving the way for a bright future.
