Ford Motor Company will host a new type of motorsport experience at Daytona International Speedway this fall. On Nov. 11, the car company, in partnership with NASCAR, Blue Star Families, IMSA and Historic Sportscar Racing, will present the Proud to Honor Veterans Day Classic, featuring a 12-driver race and concert. The drivers will be broken into six teams, representing the six branches of the United States Armed Forces.
On Monday, Ford revealed that NASCAR Cup Series stars Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski, NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Noah Gragson, actor and musician Frankie Muniz, Formula 1 driver Logan Sargeant and race team owner Ben Hobson will participate, with the remaining drivers announced later.
The cars: a Mustang Dark Horse R, built specifically for IMSA competition. And the race: on the inner 3.56-mile road course at Daytona, just like the IMSA Rolex 24. Zach Brown Band will perform as the evening's musical headliner. The general public can purchase tickets now fordveteransdayclassic.com and through Ticketmaster, with tickets starting at $110 for general admission and $305 for access to the weekend's events and superior amenities.

Military and veteran fans can save 20% off all tickets through GovX, a discount platform for veterans and active military.
A portion of ticket sales will go to Blue Star Families. The car company also launched the Ford Proud to Honor Fund, in which all contributions will support six military and veteran nonprofits: Blue Star Families, Camp Southern Ground, Disabled American Veterans, TAPS, Team Rubicon and the Travis Manion Foundation. The fund is supported by other partners of Ford Philanthropy, who gave out 1,000 free tickets to military and veteran families.
