The details of Kyle Busch’s final will have been made public after NASCAR’s winningest driver tragically passed away at the age of 41. 

Busch lost his life to severe pneumonia that turned into sepsis. While some argued that Busch’s death could have been prevented with proper medical caution in the weeks leading up to his death, it has been confirmed that Busch’s widow, Samantha Busch, will not be filing for wrongful death. 

According to documents obtained by the media, Samantha will inherit all of Kyle Busch’s belongings, his automobiles, furniture, household furnishings, clothing, jewelry, collectibles, and personal effects.  

Busch’s will named Clifton Homesley as the executor for Kyle’s estate. Homesley’s duties include managing Busch’s investments, the sale or other disposition of property, management of property, business interests, and finances, like borrowing or lending money, among other key responsibilities. 

As part of the will, Busch asked that his “debts, health care expenses, funeral expenses, and the administration of my estate” be paid out of his residuary estate, which is handled by the executor. 

Listed in the 63-time Cup race winner’s will were also the estate and contents of his estimated $13 million mansion in Lake Norman, North Carolina. The sprawling estate not only has a sublime view but also a private dock, a pool, and high-end custom finishes to the mansion, including floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. 

Busch purchased the estate for an estimated $7.5 million back in 2012. The mansion spans around 15,000 sqft on the 1.38-acre property. It is assumed that all of Busch’s trophies from his 63 Cup, 69 Truck, and 102 Xfinity race wins, as well as his Cup series trophies from 2015 and 2019. Not to forget the 2009 Xfinity Series win. 

Kyle Busch is survived by his widow, Samantha, and children, Brexton (11) and Lennix (4). While the family grieves, the messages of support keep pouring in.

Samantha Busch opens up after Kyle Busch’s death

While the family is trying to come back to normalcy, Brexton Busch was back on track for the Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway earlier this month with his uncle Kurt Busch trackside to mentor him. 

Kurt Busch had earlier posted an emotional note to break his silence after his brother’s passing. While Busch’s tragic death is nearing a month, Samantha, Busch’s grieving widow, has finally opened up following the loss of her husband. 

She shared a picture with Kyle and her children and wrote a heartfelt note, which started with thanking all of the family’s well-wishers. 

She wrote, “The prayers, messages, flowers, meals, hugs, and countless acts of kindness have carried us through the most heartbreaking days of our lives. While our hearts are absolutely shattered, we have felt God’s presence and arms wrapped tightly around us through each and every one of you.”

She ended the note by writing, “We may never find the words to fully express what your support has meant to us, but please know that we are deeply grateful.”

Samantha, who shared how she felt Kyle’s impact through all the people who showered the family with wishes and support, will continue the work she had started with Kyle through the Bundle of Joy Fund as she looks to continue the good work that Busch was passionate about.
